Purchase Orders module automates the processes of issuing and managing purchase orders, and the receiving of items tracked by purchase orders. Purchase Order module also handles purchase orders, updating vendor and item records automatically.
Inventory Management efficiently manages inventory information. Material master interface is used to define and update material information.
Material In interface is used to capture inventory in details as received with individual purchase orders. Inventory Out is used to capture inventory out details based on the deliveries with respect to the sales as and when required. Quotations modules allows quick and easy creation of quotations based on quotation templates that can be defined and saved through the application and used whenever required. New templates can be inherited from existing ones. Revised Quotations can be generated and Customer Quotation history can be printed.
The Sales management manages sales based on sales order or directly through point of sale interface. Cash memo is generated for sales done through point of sale interface. Delivery notes and invoices are maintained for sales done through sales orders.
Various MIS reports can be generated with respect to the purchase, inventory and sales information in the application. Security module is provided to maintain multi-user security with user defined roles and their privileges.
